Reiki (“spiritual energy”) is an ancient, hands-on system of natural healing originating from Japan. Through gentle touch by a practitioner on or off the body, Reiki promotes relaxation and general well being by bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance and alignment. Reiki amplifies the body’s ability to heal itself, and is a gentle and safe way to compliment traditional medicine, or deepen a spiritual practice.
Deepen your Reiki practice in Reiki Level 2 Training, where you will learn the absentee/distance method of healing. You will build upon your Reiki 1 training by learning sacred symbols (yantras), their meanings, and how to incorporate them into your Reiki practice.

Prerequisiite: Reiki 1

Included in Reiki 2 training:
*Introduction of the 3 sacred Reiki symbols.
*How to use the symbols to perform absentee/distance healing
*3 attunements to deepen your connection to the reiki energy and symbols
*Guided meditations
*Practice time to give and receive a Reiki session, using the sacred symbols
